Limited pick-up and delivery is available, but it must be scheduled in advance. Since we also work a full-time job, we appreciate your flexibility and planning ahead!

๐Ÿš— Do you offer pick-up or drop-off services on the South or West side of the island?

At this time, we do not offer pick-up or drop-off services in the South or West areas. For service in those regions, you would need to drive to Puhi, which is the nearest available location for pick-up and drop-off.

Yes! We store all luggage in a secure, private location and treat your belongings with the same care weโ€™d give our own.

Yes, your items are insured while in our care. We take the safety and security of your belongings seriously and provide coverage to give you added peace of mind during the storage period.

Weโ€™re based on Kauai, Hawaii. Exact location details are shared after booking to ensure privacy and security.

๐Ÿ–๏ธ Do you charge to store beach items like umbrellas, chairs, or coolers?

Yes, we do. Beach umbrellas, chairs, coolers, and similar items are considered additional items and can be stored for $5 each.
